The expenditures are covered by the applicant from his own funds and a reimbursement request will be submitted to Innovation Norway after the travel has taken place.
All travel grants should be based on a Request for Reimbursement and a Declaration of De Minimis Aid.
Applicants from Norway:
The Norwegian participants may receive a lump sum of EUR 1000 from Innovation Norway covering their travel and accommodation costs. This will be awarded as de minimis aid, based on reimbursement principle. Each participant will be responsible for booking the airplane ticket and hotel.
